The reason why I didn’t continue my “regression” event just yet, was due to the fact that the previous blog made me angry. There will be plenty of regression events to share. The reason I was angry is due to this journey we are all on figuring out past events we didn’t catch soon enough, but which molded us into who we are today. Going forward, I have to catch and release these feelings, emotions, past events, and the people who hurt me the most. My counselor has concepts we live by and the one that always is brought up is to “meet people where they are.” Oh man, it is so hard. The people who have a big effect on our lives and make us angry at times are intimidating and scary. Are we hopeful they will take notice of their actions and be better because we meet them where they are, and set a good example by adding positivity? We do, because we want nothing more for them; we want them to grow, to prosper, which in turn, will create a ripple effect.
Ripples are beautiful when you drop an object into the water. They are circles, they are connected, so do not try to be better than anyone with words or actions. Show them. Teach them. It is not a competition, it is setting a positive example, a positive action, creating the positive ripple. After talking to my “editor” today, and communicated my anger, she responded, “Bearing your soul is Art. When the creative flow kicks in, it’s been known to drive people mad.” I asked, “How do you overcome it?” She replied, “You can’t overcome it, because it is a calling. I even think of it as letting spirit flow through you, but spirit can only flow through those who are strong enough and ready. Have faith in your strength and that you’re doing a divine purpose. You will find balance.” These were definitely not my words, they are hers. I am so grateful she shared them. I instantly felt at peace. Thank you.
There is a reason people are in your life for the long haul. They make you better, they challenge you. After talking to her, I had a counseling appointment. I told my counselor what I told my “editor.” She had the same response without me communicating my entire previous conversation. Fate? Surround yourself with people who make you feel at peace. You don’t have to surround yourself with souls that are not pure because you feel obligated. That is your choice. There will come a time, I guarantee you, when you will say “no more.” What kind of ripple effect is this going to have on you? A beautiful and peaceful one, I promise. Even it if means losing them forever or until they wake up. While I am writing this, I am also semi-watching the movie, “Erin Brockovich.” Semi-watching because it is one of my favorites, but I’m also communicating my feelings. Why do I love this movie so much? Because Erin had a tough past; however, she was vulnerable, and in the end, she helped a lot of people and didn’t want anything in return but for other people to obtain what they deserved.
I sure hope I sleep tonight. Maybe…I will be at peace, because I interacted with very important lifelines today. Who is your lifeline?
Love this! Especially “surround yourself with people that put you at peace!” ❤️❤️
